Part Number: TPD6E001 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD6E05U06 , , STRIKE Hello,
We are currently using the TPD6E001 in our application. On the data sheet, the Vc channel clamp voltage is rated as a MAX value for various transients defined by the HBM…
Part Number: TPD6E001 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD6E05U06 Hello,
I'm trying to make the comparison chart of ESD protection products. In this chart, I would like to add the data of Dynamic Resistance.
Unfortunately, TPD6E001's datasheet don…

Part Number: TPD6E001 Hi
I want to draw the PCB library of TPD6E001SRE,
in datasheet, there is:
and size of pads isn't clear for me.
in 4x 0.30/0.20 for example,
what is 4?
what is 0.30?
what is 0.20?
Thanks a lot.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD6E001 Hi,there i am designing a USB based project.i choose the TPD6E001 as the ESD protection device,i have two questions that need your help. i've uploaded the USB part of my schematic for illustration. 1.As indicated…
Hello,
For each ESD device, I see two parameters mentioned in datasheet,
1. Channel clamp voltage 2. Breakdown voltage
What is the difference between these two terms? How they are defined?

Part Number: TPD4E001-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPD6E05U06 , TPD6E001 Hello,
I am looking to update our ESD protection solution for one of our EVMs. My application is to protect some ADC pins from ESD, with a stretch goal that it would also help…
Brian,
I apologize for such a long delay.
Using the TPD8E003 would not be be the best idea if there are high speed signals. The IO capacitance of 9pF it pretty high compared to the TPD2E001 and TPD6E001 of 1.5pF.
