Hi Nick,
According to my knowledge, in our current ULP portfolio (Vin_max <7V) only TPS62746 has an integrated V IN switch.
Please let me know if you need any further support.

Hi Jason,
Yes, the EVM documentation has a typo in that third row--it should be 1.8Vout.
As well, would either a load switch or Vin switch be useful in your application? TPS62746 and TPS62748 contain these and give 1.8Vout.
Hi Pragash,
Optimizing the power consumption by turning off various rails and maintaining the smallest size are conflicting design goals. However, we have solutions that can do either, so you can choose what is best for your application.
Do you have…
I do not generally support applications with output current that low. You could use a 2 or 3 A rated device but that is overkill.
For the -3.5 V output Webench suggests LM27761 or LMZ34002.
For the 1.8 V output, Webench returned a large number of possible…
Thank you for the clarification!
As for the TPS82740A/B — interesting, I didn't know about this one. It could be interesting, I'll see if the larger pitch helps. The problem with 0.5mm pitch BGAs was reliable paste application.
By the way…
