There are two R5 clusters:
R50 and R51.
R50 cluster has two cores:
R50_0 and R50_1
Lockstep mode:
When this cluster is configured for lockstep mode, only one core can be used - R50_0.
R50_1 is disabled and cannot be connected.…

You can look at AM2431 or AM2631, which offer 800MHz or 400MHz Arm Cortex-R5F, and up to 2MB SRAM. Can you please check if either one meets your requirement?
