Yes, it appears the OPA2604 has been discontinued.
The OPA2134 is still available in the PDIP package, but is lower bandwidth.
Very few if any modern parts are being released in the PDIP package.

We currently do not have plans to release this device in TO-92. If you just need this device in a package to test on a breadboard for prototype, I personally use the EVM dip adapter boards to use these devices on a breadboards.
While using USB adapter EVM,I find the "PEC Enabled" option has no effect.
Although it's enabled,it doesn't check PEC byte sent from my board.(Actually I send messages without PEC byte)
