    Hi Bastian, a 100mH coil has a impedance of 2 x pi x 80Hz x 100mH = 50R. A sine voltage swing of 15Vpp or 7.5Vp would cause a current of 7.5Vp / 50R = 150mAp. This is much more than your given 18mA. Is my calculation correct? Kai
