Part Number: THS4631
Hello,
I am helping design a wideband inverting integrator. Please see the schematic below for reference.
The idea is that R1 is switched between GND and 3.3V, and the switching is controlled to keep the output between …
Hi Sattam,
for a 24Vpp sine of 50MHz the OPAmp must handle a slew rate of 3800V/µs. So, the THS4631 might not be fast enough.
What is your signal amplitude at 50MHz?

Part Number: OPA2156 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BUF634A , , INA597 , THS4631 , BUF602 The BUF634A has to high of voltage offset for my application. The datasheet for INA597 shows a BUF634A in the feedback path to boost the current drive. Could I…
Part Number: THS4631 Hi All,
Can you please help by providing the Die Thickness for the below part no. which is required only for our purposes to check if the parts is being operated under Thermal Stress limits. I have pasted a screenshot below of what…
Thanks for the information, less input cap on the THS4631 than datasheet would be good for my application, but the question on what is the correct interpretation of the specification is still open, I'm inclined to go with the application note; SLOA011A…

Dear TI expert,
I use THS4631 to integrate a signal as fig1. And the actual PCB is as fig2. Due to power supplies, Vo will be saturated to about +18V. Since I want to compare the output…
Hi Herman,
Thank you for the reply.
Yes, the datasheet is showing a flat DC gain of 80dB up to ~5kHz, but the model does not have this pole near 5kHz.
The pole is all the way down near 0.1Hz, where the gain is ~160dB.
I agree, the GBWP looks…

Hello,
I want to use THS4631 for photodiode amplifier, and since i need to use a very low feedback capacitor, I am implementing Figure 39. Alternative Transimpedence Configuration…
