Here is the data sheet that was revised in 2001. It doesn't have any lot marking information, and unfortunately I don't know if we have a way to get that information. Are you just trying to verify it is not counterfeit?

The OPA145 also looks like a good choice, this file has not been recently updated so the OPA196 is not in yet, and the pricing is out of date.
