OPA180: Output inconsistent across multiple board

Part Number: OPA180

Hello TI,
I am using OPA180IDBVR in one of our design which is used as a differential mode to single ended amplifier with gain of 10.
The issue is on physical measurement we are getting different values for the same input across different prototype boards.

Kindly help in resolving this issues.

I am hoping a secure link for sharing the schematic as we would like to keep our IP to our self.

Thank you.

  • Hello Chitransh,

Sorry to hear about the issues your are having with your OPA180IDBVR prototype boards. Certainly we will need to see and understand your circuit application before any comment can be provided about the circuit and expected performances.

First thing, it is important that you verify the OPA180IDBVR product being evaluated was procured directly from TI, or one of our authorized distributors. TI thoroughly tests every device before they leave our assembly and test facilities, and assures its quality and performance. Please determine if the OPA180IDBVR product was received directly from TI, or one of our authorized distributors. If it they weren't, then they may be of some other origin and not provide the true performance of TI's OPA180IDBV product.

Do let us know when you have the OPA180IDBV TI supplier information confirmed. If that looks good, then we can proceed with reviewing your application circuit.

    Regards,  Thomas
