OPA4354: Routing Guideline

Hi,

Good day.

Our customer wants to use the OPA4354 and they are looking for the layout/routing guideline. As they check the datasheet they only see the guide for 8-pin but they are using the 14-pin TSSOP. (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/opa4354.pdf#page=24)

Can you please help us provide the customer's need? Thank you.

    Hello Cedrick,

        The layout/routing guidelines specified in section 11 in the datasheet for the single channel would follow similarly to the quad channel package. The difference would be there is no NC pins due to the input and output pins of each channel already placed close to each other and on the same side of the package. Here is a blank EVM for 14-pin TSSOP that can be ordered, and for further tips that is in the user guide. 

      We can also help with any specific questions for layout/routing for the OPA4354.
