I would like to use the PSPICE model of LMH6642 to perform a simulation.

When I downloaded the PSPICE model, it only contained a text file and .MOD file.

Is there a .lib file for LMH6642?

I would try to replace the ".MOD" end by ".lib".

Or open this TSC file which I created for you by the help of "New Macro Wizard..." tool of TINA-TI:

Yes, save that .mod file then rename it a .lib file should work,

Also, I did not see a TINA model on the product folder - but the V11 library had one, here that is if you need it.
