HI Kengo,

Please have a look at Figures 15, 16, 17 and 18 on pages 13 and 14 of the AMC1311 datasheet. This is essentially the characterization data that provides the typical values for gain error drift presented in the device comparison table on page 3 and the Electrical Characteristics table on page 8.
