Hi,
D/S Figure 3 shows Gain = 1, could you provide similar data with Gain = 2 to 10 to our customers ?
Best regards,
Hiroshi

Hello Hiroshi-san,
I would suggest using LMH6551 Pspice Model for simulating the frequency response of this device for higher gains. With higher gains, the AC peaking will reduce which will also lead to a decrease in the bandwidth.
I am looking into any internal testing we might have done for this device at higher gains, and will get back to you shortly.
Thank you,
Sima
Hello Hiroshi-san,
Unfortunately, I could not find testing available on the device at higher gains. From this e2e thread, the gain bandwidth product of the device is around 200MHz, so an estimate for gains of 2 to 10 would result to a system bandwidth of around 67MHz to 19MHz.
Thank you,
Sima
Hi Sima,
a bandwidth of 1GHz for a 370MHz OPAmp? The model of LMH6551 doesn't seem to work properly:

Hi TI team,
Thank you for your kind support.
I understand that the simulation model does not work properly.
I also report to the customer that there is no actual measurement data.
Best regards,
Hiroshi
