OPA340-EP: difference to OPA340NA

Hi,

Besides the temperature range, what are the differences between OPA340NA vs OPA340MDBVTEP? A customer wants to use the -EP version as drop-in alternative for the OPA340NA (shortage, no stock as of today).

The specified temperature range is the main difference between standard catalog part (OPA340NA) and its derivative Enhance Product like OPA340MDBVTEP. However, they both are based on the same physical silicon die.

So this would mean the only difference is a screening process to have OPA340MDBVTEP temperature range. So we can say OPA340MDBVTEP is a direct replacement of OPA340NA but not the reverse.
