Does TI have a similar solution to AD215,AD210?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC3330, UCC12040, ISO224, UCC12050

Hi team,

Does TI have a similar solution to AD215,AD210? thx

  • Hi Jimmy,

Thank you for posting to E2E! TI has an isolated amplifier with integrated DC/DC converter in the AMC3330 device, although it has a +/-1V input voltage range unlike the AD215 and AD210.

If wider input voltage ranges are needed, discrete components can be used for the isolated amplifier (like ISO224) and the isolated DC/DC module (like UCC12040 or UCC12050).

Please allow an expert from the amplifiers team to follow up if needed, and let us know if there are any additional questions.

    Thank you,
    Manuel Chavez

  • Hello,

Thanks to Manny for the assist and great suggestions.  As he mentioned TI has a broad portfolio of isolated amplifiers, both with and without the integrated DC/DC converter.  Here's a list of all of our isolated amplifiers:

If you'll share the input and output requirements for the circuit we'll be able to point you towards a good product.
