X-ray images and die size look different for COO MY.

Please advise if this is normal and accepted? can advise PCN for COO MY ?

Hello Grace,

I do not see a size difference or any other obvious problem other than damaged bar code label. Our die size has not changed.

It would be helpful if you described the difference you see.

I see many differences that reflect the quality of the picture and encapsulation removal.

If you are talking about colors, that is protective overcoat thickness difference which doesn't affect device performance.

Could you please label which images are the country of origin china and which are country of origin malaysia?

One of these decaps looks like a single channel device while the others look like dual channel devices that only one channel was bonded.

Again, I think the best route is to go through the steps at the following link.
