TLV1704-SEP: SEL and SET characterization

Part Number: TLV1704-SEP

Hello,

Is there any data for SEL above 43 MeVcm2/mg and until 60 MeVcm2/mg?

Also, do you have any SET characterization?

Regards,

Beatriz

  • Hello Beatriz,

I will check. If we do have the data, it may take a few days to generate the document.

  • Hello Beatriz,

    Apologies for the delay.

Per TI's internal spec,  Space EP (SEP) products only need SEL at 43MeV.

Due to restrictions with test time (and cost) at the 3rd party cyclotrons, we typically release SEP devices with SEL only.

Single Event Latchup (SEL) testing is done at 43MeV Linear Energy Transfer (LET) at 125°C.

Total Ionizing Dose (TID) is done at 30KRAD Characterization, and 20KRAD Radiation Lot Acceptance Testing (RLAT).

All the available documentation is available in the Technical Documentation section of the TLV1704-SEP folder:
