PGA202: Max gain range

The PGA202 is a precision programmable gain amplifier offering decade gains of 10, 100, 1000 V/V.  Within the Precision Amplifier portfolio, the PGAs available offer gain scales in binary, decade or oscilloscope gain steps.  At the bottom of this post, please find a table listing the high-precision PGAs. 

Within the audio portfolio, there are other PGAs and volume control ICs that offer programmable gains on in 0.5-dB and 1-dB steps that may be of interest. For example, the PGA2500 is a digitally controlled microphone preamplifier offering gains from 0dB, and 10dB to 65dB in 1dB steps:

Also, please find below a link with a search selection tool for Programmable and Variable Gain Amplifiers (PGA/VGA) products available, however, to the best of my knowledge, there is no specific IC offering a gain range from 5dB to 70dB with the gain selectivity you list above.
