Part Number: TLV9301
Hi,
the datasheet showed the Vcc value was 4.5V, wheather the device work as usual when Vcc value is lower(4v) than the datasheet show?
and i want to know what is the influence if i give the device lower Vcc value(4V) .
thanks.

Hi Zhiguo,
according to section 6.3 of datasheet the recommended minimum supply voltage of TLV9301 is 4.5V. Of course, to allow for some manufacturing tolerances (wafer to wafer tolerances) the OPAmp might also work a bit below 4.5V. But this is not guranteed and more and more OPAmps begin to stop working properly when decreasing the supply voltage more and more below 4.5V. You would running the OPAmp with a too low supply voltage on your own risk, which you should strictly avoid in a professional circuit to prevent recourse claims
See for instance figure 6-22 showing the supply current versus supply voltage:

You can clearly see that the supply current begins to drastically fall below a supply voltage of about 5V. This means that the reference current sources (constant current sources) in the input stage and output buffer stage are no longer working properly. The OPAmp begins to leave its operating point and as consequence all relevant parameters are heavily degrading.

Hi Zhiguo,
Kai is right. While the op-amp might work with a supply voltage that's lower than what we recommend, since we didn't characterize below 4.5V, we cannot guarantee how TLV9301 will perform! Not ideal for circuitry where you would want it to work every time with all of the devices.
We don't recommend using any of our op-amps past the datasheet recommendations!
