Hello Sachiko-san,

I will put in a request for the thermal characteristics of the THS4052. In order for my request to be as detailed as possible, could you confirm which IC package you are inquiring about? The THS4052 has many package options, including D & DGN. If you also have a preference for a catalog or industrial temperature range (0-70 vs -40-85 degrees Celsius), could you provide this information as well?

Please see the below data for various thermal characteristics:

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	117.8
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	60.8
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	59.9
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	14.2
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	59.4

These values are in °C/W and apply only to the THS4052IDR.
