For single power supply INA1620 data-sheet recommend picture below
It mind I should connect my GND to pin5 (VEE of datasheet)
and according picture pin 3 (GND of data-sheet) stay floating.
Am I right?

No, I would like single supply, but didn't understand connection pin 3 and 5.

I would connect the VEE pin and the GND pin of INA1620 to signal ground (the minus pole of 9V battery). It's true that the GND pin of INA1620 is only for the enabling, but the GND pin should not be left floating.

Kai is correct on the connection. For single supply operation, you should connect pins 3 and 5 to GND.
