THS4031: Input protection - current ratings?

Part Number: THS4031

Hi

Old chestnut about ensuring inputs are protected during power down conditions - is there a spec for the maximum safe input current?

My application: single supply; one input will see a reference of 3V filtered via a 1000uF cap. Sims indicate that during power down, a peak of around 50mA to flow into the input.

I obviously wish to ensure that any input limiting resistors and their noise contribution is minimised; any idea what maximum input current is safe - eg. 150 ohms shows a peak of around 12mA, decaying to about 5mA after about 150ms?

Have look at datasheet for THS4031, related family and EVM sheets to no avail. While the above is within the max differential spec of 4V, max input voltage is spec'd as +/- Vcc which is a worst case of 0V here.

Many thanks - any assistance tremendously appreciated.
