OPA2333: SBOA379 Reference Design Schematic

It (brief) looks like that this is discrete V-to-I 4-20mA current loop transmitter (2-wire type). We have several similar 4-20mA current loop for various application. Enclosed are some of application note.

In other words, we have tons of 4-20mA current loop application note for the topics. There are more, but I'd to know the design requirements and application. And then I am able to narrow down the selection. 

XTR115/XTR116/XTR117 are 2-wire transmitter

XTR111 is 3-wire transmitter.

XTR300 may be used for both 2 or 3-wire transmitter. 

We do not have 4-wire 4-20mA in IC, but you may build these with our discrete op amp products. 

Please let us know what you need, and we can help you to select the 4-20mA transmitter section. DAC or PWM input part of digital circuit is supported by a different team, but we can provide you with some suggestions as well.

Customer's requirements are as below, can you help to suggest one total solution with reference schematic to meet these requirements?

1. PWM input.

2. 0~10V analog voltage output, full-scale accuracy ±0.3%(25 °C)/±0.6%(-20 到 60 °C).

3. 0~20mA current output, full-scale accuracy ±0.3%(25 °C)/±0.6%(-20 到 60 °C).

4. Power supply <=24V.

Per your requirements, I think that XTR111 may be a good choice. Since the input requirement is not specified, I assumed that Vin from PWM may be selected up to 10Vdc vs. Duty Cycle. If the input voltage is 0-5Vdc, you need to change RSET from 5kΩ to 2.5kΩ.

Since the application is using PWM as input, please see Kai's link. I do not know what is Vin voltage is changing. The PWM switching frequency needs to high enough, and PWM's LPF needs to low enough (<20X lower than PWM switching frequency) to avoid the PWM harmonic interference. It will be better to use 2nd order or higher LPF filters for eliminating the PWM switching noises. 

I think that the integrated XTR111 should work for your requirement. Its temperature performance highlights are shown below.
