LM393LV: Problem in case the VCC is not powered

Hi,

May I ask if VIN+ VIN- and Vout can withstand 0-6V voltage when VCC is not powered?

Hello Rhea,

Yes! The LM393LV has "Fault Tolerant" inputs, that can go up to 6V without damage, even with the power off.

See section 7.4.3.2 in the datasheet apps section for more details.

As always, we recommend that input voltages be kept within the specifications during normal operation.
