hi
is there any reference document that explains rectification effect in OP AMP ?
is there any test setup recommended to measure it ?
thx

Hi Eli,

Characterization of the rectification behaviour of in-amps and es.pdf
"Rectification" takes place when the input signal is so high-frequency that the OPAmp cannot respond in time. Then the input signal becomes demodulated across non-linearities of input stage and unexplainable noise and weird DC voltages can be seen at the output of OPAmp.
See how a DC offset develops across a parabolic transfer characteristic:

Hello Eli,
Look for EMI rejection in data sheets. For TLV9151, see figure 6-41 in data sheet.
Here is a search for "EMI hardened" op amps https://www.ti.com/amplifier-circuit/op-amps/products.html#p2192=EMI%20Hardened
For information and setups see: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snoa497b/snoa497b.pdf
