The reason why I would like to know is that my customer needs to explain the reason why he changed the part to his customer.
If he knows, he will use THS3491.

the main bias current setup resistor in the output stage was done as a too narrow structure - this gives too much variability in the output stage quiescent current, when it gets real low, customers have seen designs that were working, start oscillating in the same design.

Specifically how much does the quiescent current affect the output voltage oscillating.
Is THS3491 possible to output +-15V(Vcc = +-18V)?
Or are there any ICs which satisfy above requirements?

Hello Yamamoto-san,
The THS3491 and THS3001 cannot be set at VS+/- 18V. The output voltage range can get close to +/-15V with a 1.5V headroom from either supply, but would the customer be open to a bootstrap design to achieve a high output swing such as shown in this reference design: TIDA-060033 reference design | TI.com.
If not, what is the input signal characteristics, loading at the output of the amplifier, and bandwidth needed?
