I want to calculate the Tc of LMV358IDGK by Tc=Tj - (RθJc top x Pd ) or Tc=Tj - (Psi JT x Pd ), but I can find neither RθJc nor Psi JT on the datasheet.

the thermal resistance from junction to case is usually given for a package where the most heat is dissipated via the case. But with SMD packages the most heat is dissipated through the leads and the printed circuit board. Because of that intsead of the junction to case thermal resistance the junction to ambient thermal resistane is given while this data reffers to a specific test coupon.
