The designation in addendum-page 1 of the product datasheet certifies this device as RoHS compliant as defined in the TI RoHS and Product Statement Designation. See the following excerpts from the TI RoHS and Product Statement Designation:

As the LMV844 is a "component", there is not required a "declaration of conformity" document as there is for TI Evaluation Modules (EVMs). Instead of a specific declaration of conformity, you may refer to the TI RoHS and Product Statement Designation document for any TI devices designated as RoHS compliant.
