LM675: Noise on output when load is connected

What would cause noise shown in the image below to appear on a non-inverting amplifier circuit. This only happens when I connect a small load that draws a lot of power (loads less than 100 ohm)? When the circuit is not loaded, the output is as expected without any noise.
