Hi Kevin,
Like all op amps, there's a linear region of operation and a nonlinear. The TLV2316 is no different.
The image you are showing is an integrated current sense device from the DRV832x family of motor drivers. I'm not sure why you are asking about the TLV2316. Could you please give me more background on what you are wanting to do?

Hi Team,
I want to use TLV2316 for current Sense,
Due to built-in OP-AMP of DRV832x explains Current Sense Regions Linear Area Limits,
Can TLV2316 provide Current Sense Regions Linear Area Limits?
Hi Kevin,
I recommend taking a look at the TI Precision Lab going over Input & Output Limitations for more details on how to determine the linear region of an op amp but in short, you can determine what the linear region of an op amp is by looking at the input common mode voltage range and the output voltage swing.
There's additional limitations on the output voltage swing based on how much current the op amp is having to source or sink, with the more current causing the op amp to not be able to drive as close to the rail, but based on your application, you likely won't likely have a low impedance load on the op amps output.
Here's the TLV2316 limits found in the datasheet.
