LM324: The Tj operating temperature specification of the LM324-N

What are my concerns if the LM324-N Tj operating temperature specification is reduced to -25°C?

(Is it possible to guarantee the temperature at -25°C to 70°C?)

    Hi Koichiro,

    -25°C is outside the specified operating temperature range of LM324-N. If you do it, you do it on your own risk. You would need to take the LM224-N (or eventually the LM112-N).

    Hello Koichiro-san, 

    The requested temperature is outside of the recommend operating conditions, as Kai has stated. 
    Unless you are the sure the application will not exceed -25C, I would not use LM224 either, the margin is too low. 

    I instead would use either of the devices highlighted above. 
    Could you please share application requirements?
    Most modern op amps have temperature range -40C to 125C, I recommend an op amp for the application.
