TLV3601EVM: Does the evaluation module come populated?

Good morning, 

I am going to purchase a TLV3601/3603 evaluation module, and want to clarify if the EVM comes populated with all components.  Most of the images appear to show an unpopulated PCB, and the BOM in the guide shows 0 QTY for all parts.
