TL331: Schematic check

Hi TI Teams,

We designed a protection board for the input AC power, and the level of the first pin of U1 (solid-state continuator) is controlled by two comparators TL331 to turn U1 on and off. Can u help to check is there any suggestion for the schematic?

The schematic is as below.

At the same time, we also have some questions about the use of the comparator, can you share any detailed information about it?

Hello Lumina,

Is there a reason for the duplicate 75k resistors R15 and R16??

Is R18 ever populated? C7 could charge up to V+, which would violate the comparator input range (Vcc-2V). Should not be a problem as the TL331 "feature" allows for correct output as long as one input is within range.
