Hello,

We had some quality issues with LMV321IDBVR lately in one of our finish goods. Our engineering would like to know what the meaning of those dots and lines in the marking is. Problems occurred mainly with second marking. Can you please let me know?

These are date codes (Oct 2022, Nov 2020, Nov 2021).

In 2020, TI started shipping LMV321IDBVRs with a new die (due to the change to 300 mm wafers). The guaranteed datasheet limits did not change, but it is possible that your circuit goes beyond these limits. (I do not know your circuit or what those issues are.)

I can confirm, the lines on the top and bottom of the marking are a date code.

Could you provide what issue you are seeing with your circuit? Providing a schematic and a description of expected input and output signals, as well as power supply values can help us identify the root cause and work towards solving the issue you are seeing.
