THS4021: detect DC ripple

Hi Sir,

The application is that we want to detect the ripples of the DC bias such as 24V etc in the 1.8GHz products.

can comparator be use in this application?  We are trying to detect the ripples on top of a DC voltage.  Could you provide app-note of the THS402x for this application.

    Hello Tommy,

       How small is the range of the ripples (I.e. within uV, mV, etc)? Are you detecting high vs low parts of the ripples based on a reference voltage? 

       The DC voltage is 24V, but you may remove this bias and use smaller range of power supplies; is that correct? If so what is your power supply requirements if any.
