From the Programmable Gain Amplifiers with binary gains, differential input to single-ended output, currently in production, we offer the PGA203, PGA205 and PGA206.

From these devices, the PGA206 offers 5-MHz highest BW. Below is a comparison between the PGA204, PGA205 and PGA206:

HI Chen,

Consulted with the product line, and the PGA206 (5-MHz) may be the closest device currenly available, offering binary gains 1, 2, 4, 8 V/V with single-ended output.
