Hi Team,

I want to over voltage protection circuit to battery pack. Total battery pack voltage is between 600-864V. I think comporator circuit enough for this . Could you advice comporator IC part number? If you have other solution for over voltage protection, Could you share to me ? During beginnig the discharge and charge voltage spike might occurs. Could you share the solution prevent voltage spike to comporator circuit.

Hi Korcan,

Our highest voltage comparator family, namely the TLV181x/2x, TLV185x/6x, and TLV1805, can only tolerate up to 40V. You would need to divide down the voltage and possibly a diode clamp to protect the comparator from damage. Do you have any other available supply rails? Hi Chi,

As you said I divided voltage around 40V with resistors. I don't have other avaible supply rails. Thanks for support.
