I need to detect the current, using a 75MV shunt, INA226 can accurately measure it and transmit it through isolation I2C. But the system is running at 1500V, I would like to know if AMC1400 is applicable? Will the input error of the front stage be too large on the AMC1400 range of 250MV and 75MV. Which solution is better? Is there a 75MV isolation amplifier available?

Using 75 mV with the AMC1400 will produce a 0.52% error versus a 0.43% error using the recommended 250 mV. Please see the tables from our current sensing calculator below. Depending on your accuracy goals, a 0.09% increase in error could be usable.
Considering solution options, you could use the AMC1400 on its own but not in combination with INA226. The INA226 supplies I2C output while the AMC1400 uses differential input. If you want to use the INA226 for current sensing, you could use a digital isolator with it instead.
