How about the difference between TLV4502ACDR and TLV4502ACDRG4? Thanks. My customer used TLV4502ACDRG4 before and want to replace.

The -G4 suffix makes no difference; see [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?
Hi Enhui,
There are no differences between TLC4502ACDR and TLC4502ACDRG4. ‘G4’ indicates NiPdAu finish on the component with use of “green” mold compound, also see Clemens comments. Suffix G4 is previous naming feature to distinguish molding compounds from Eco Friendly "Green" type. Currently, all molding compounds are Eco-friendly type or Green and so the suffex is no longer used. Anyway, these are the same Si die and performance.

Could you confirm that we are talking about TLC4502ACDR part (not TLV?). The attached image is the current stock information. You realized that TLC4502ACDR is only rated from 0-70C. Please check out the temperature requirements per the application.
Best,
Raymond
