The V suffix indicates a maximum supply voltage of 32 V.
The Q suffix indicates an automotive temperature range.
The D suffix indicates the SOIC package.
The R suffix indicates a large reel. (No R suffix indicates packaging in a tube, which is likely to be discontinued.)

Also consider the new LM2903BIDR.

Thanks for your post. Depending on your application, all the devices mentioned will behave similarly. Really depends on your system requirements which version you can use.
