If we test a current signal of 0.5ms to 2ms with INA186, could you help evaluate the output response time?
1.Is the signal distorted
2. Is there a delay in the signal, and how long?
Which Specs will need to be taken into account?
Can a P2P solution be provided if faster response is required?

Can you please provide your waveform captures for input and output? I want to make sure I understand the what delay you are seeing.
Just to clarify, you are seeing a 0.5ms to 2ms delay on the output from when the input changes?
Please also confirm, has anything changed in your circuit?
Have you been able to try removing C30 and C33?
Can you also provide a scope capture of your 3.3V supply?
