Hello,

I’m with Mouser Electronics one of your distributors. Can you please verify that part number INA226EVM includes the accessories as listed on page 3 of the datasheet. Below figure and datasheet revision. Our customer received without the accessories and our warehouse personnel checked the stock and stated the accessories were not in the bin. So perhaps we did not receive from you on our order. Mouser PO: 029-4Q048

Hi Ken,

The EVM for the INA226 located on Mouser here: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Texas-Instruments/INA226EVM?qs=4dGAZp5OGt%2F4gdRzPhhLaQ%3D%3D is outdated. The updated version of the INA226EVM can be found here: https://www.ti.com/tool/INA226EVM. You can also order one for them on samples.ti.com. By the way, which of these looks like your EVM?

Looks like we have the old version of this part# in stock without accessories.

Our warehouse completed bin check and found that these come individually packaged, which contain only the eval module, same as what customer received.

How do they get the hardware?

Is it a different part number?

Can it be purchased separately?

As per the Pics above we have the Top Pic in stock

Hi Ken,

We reccommend getting the newer version of the INA226EVM as it is useful with the online GUI.

Hi Ken,

This is the older version of the INA226EVM. As far as I know, the contents of the old EVM should include everything listed there. The newer version of the INA226EVM would just include the INA226EVM, and you would need to order the TI-SCB separately:

Please review page 3 table 2-1 of that datasheet. Customer is wanting those accessories. 1. SM-USB-DIG, 2. SM-DIG connector ribbon cable, 3. USB extender cable, 4. Users guide CD-Rom. Figure 2-1. Hardware Included With INA226EVM Kit. Not the TI-SCB

Hi Ken,

To understand this correctly, they have ordered the older version of the INA226EVM, and it doesn't include anything in the box? What came with the INA226EVM that was ordered? All of those things should already come in box according to the UG.
