TL082: No signal input but with 5V output

Hi,

Customer uses TL082 for current sensing.

They will provide 5V and -5V to TL082, but -5V will delay 100ms.

And the 100ms duration time, no signal input, but the output will be 5V, what is the possible reason?

Thank you for the schematic.

What is the output behavior after the 100ms and the -5V at V- is applied? If you can provide waveforms of the supply voltage pins (V+ and V-), output and the IN- and IN+, it would be helpful to see what the sequence of events are.

It appears that there is some non-linear behavior occurring when the op amp is only partially powered on but not connected to a negative supply.
