What supply voltages are you using?

Why 100 MΩ? Does it change with a more reasonable value?

Did you acquire these devices from an authorized distributor?

Hello,

In addition to Clemens' questions, could you clarify how you measured offset voltage? Is there anything connected directly to the output to the op amp (load)?

Where were the probes measured for offset voltage? Was there an input voltage applied? Is the supply voltage 5V and GND?
