Hi,

There is a possibility that the power supply on the load side of our customer circuit will be turned on first, so we are considering an input protection circuit.

1) Are there any ESD protection diodes (parasitic diodes) on the input pins of this buffer AMP?
2) I think a current limiter is necessary in this case. What is the rated input current? I think it is usually around 5mA to 10mA, but if there are no specifications, could you please advise a value that takes safety into consideration?

The absolute maximum ratings do not allow voltages above the supply. So even if there are ESD diodes, you are not allowed to use them. Your circuit must limit the current to 0 mA.

You must disconnect the inputs. You probably want a switch like the TMUX1511.

I'm sorry.
I misunderstood your system situation.

This AMP is used with both power supplies.
If the power supply starts up in the positive power supply first, do I need to add a protection diode?
So I would like to know about the questions in the previous post.
1) Are there ESD protection diodes?
2) What is the input current rating? (This is usually stated in the DS.)

There are 30 mA diodes; see p. 26 of the datasheet.
