Hello Hirata-san,

It is possible to calibrate out INL, but there are a lot of factors and it's not a very simple process. Here is an e2e that discusses further, which includes a link to another e2e that discusses how to characterize INL.

In summary from the e2e, you would need to characterize the INL for each device and then adjust the output accordingly.
