Can I get the failure rate (FIT) for this device (INA220BQDGSRQ1)?
I am using the Motor Control mission profile based on IEC 62380 (Table 11 - Mission profiles for automotive). Mean temp ~60 deg C.
Preferred confidence levels of at-least 70%. Happy to help with any additional information needed.

Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.
You can find this information if you follow theses steps.
1) On the main product page, click "Ordering and Quality"
2) Scroll all the way to the right and click "View or download" under the Quality, reliability & packaging information header.
3) You can then either download the report for future use, or scroll down slightly and see the posted results.
From the example above, here is the link to find the FIT rate of the INA220BQDGSRQ1.
