OPA140: Part number from top marking

kindly help us to find the IC Manufacturer Part for the top marking (15D3KLT,8AC2YTN)

Are you sure it is from TI? If yes, then it is probably a customer-specific part.

Yes im sure its Ti part because u can see logo there

These additional markings might contain a date code and lot trace code information, but TI does not publish the algorithm.

What is the purpose of this investigation? Is there a suspected problem with the devices?
