We have a couple video amplifiers that can carry out this function. It depends on your design needs in terms of requiring integrated filters specific to HD-TVI or standard video input. The block diagram has it interfacing to our LMH1981 Multi-Format Video Sync Separator which would perform the additional functions found in our amplifiers as well.
I would recommend the OPA693 or OPA692 which are single channel fixed gain video amplifiers that can be 75Ohm matched to multiple outputs. If you need additional integrated features such as selectable filters, I would look at the devices in this e2e post which lists devices that support HD bandwidths, with descriptions up to which input frequency.
