The TLV1814 pulls its outputs to the power rails. It is possible for these voltages to be compatible with TTL and CMOS logic voltages.

As long as the TLV1814 is powered at the same voltages as the CMOS devices.
So if the TLV1812 was powered off of 0 and 5V, the output would be 0 or 5V.
If the logic levels are 0 and 1.8V, then the output would need to be attenuated, or use the open-drain TLV1824 with a pull-up to 1.8V.
