Tool/software:
The abnormal problem and test process of XTR115UA are as follows:
1. When the board is set to output 4mA current, the current measured by a 6.5-digit ammeter is unstable and jumps, with a range of 3.8mA~4.5mA;
2. Skip the XTR115UA chip to power the board, and the current measured by a 6.5-digit ammeter is stable, with a current value of 3.4mA;
3. The 4 boards with 4mA output current jumps replaced the XTR115 chip, two of which stabilized at 4mA, and the other two boards still jumped;
4. Two batches of this board were processed and generated in the first half of the year, and the current jump did not occur in the first batch; the second batch produced 50 boards, of which 8 had current jumps in the test; 2 boards did not have current jumps in the production test, but after being put into storage for two months, they had current jumps in the test;
